📍 LOCATION + DIRECTIONS: The office is located on the 2nd floor of 145 Chadwick Court in Room #217. Follow the Google maps directions to the Seaside Donair Kebab shop. Beside it, there are round glass doors (145 Chadwick Court). Enter and take the elevator to the second floor, then turn right to follow the sign for the Waterfront Business Centre. Sarah will come and collect you from the lobby of the business centre. Outside business hours (weekdays after 6pm, statutory holidays and weekends)

⏰ CANCELLATION POLICY: If an appointment is canceled or forgotten within 24 hours of the treatment time, the credit card on file may be charged.

💳 CREDIT CARD ON ACCOUNT: Credit cards will be required to be added to an account to book an appointment. The card numbers are encoded and not visible once added. Your card will not be charged unless treatment is delivered, or the cancellation policy is breached.

🅿️ PARKING: All searchable on Google Maps: (1) Under the Lonsdale Quay Market (paid, cheaper). (2) Impark Lot #644 @ 170 Chadwick Court (paid). (3) Impark ICBC Lot 1269 @ 151 Esplanade W (paid, more expensive). (4) Easy Park Lot #168 @118 Carrie Court Road. (5) Street parking on Esplanade W.
